Warranty

The Aluminum Wedge Tent (TD-01) carries a published two-year warranty. That's the one model with a stated term in Top Dog's own product specifications.

For the remaining tents, awnings, solar panels, power stations and e-Coolers, Top Dog has not published a specific warranty period on the product pages we work from. Rather than state a term we can't source, we'd point you at the phone.

Call 949-289-5255 or write to info@topdogtents.com with your order details, the model, and photographs of the issue. Keeping your proof of purchase makes this straightforward.

Standard exclusions across this category are normal wear, UV degradation over years of exposure, damage from improper installation or exceeding your vehicle's roof load rating, and damage from use outside the product's intended purpose.

That third one is worth repeating: fitting a tent to a rack that isn't rated for it is both a safety problem and the fastest way to void coverage. Run your setup through the fitment tool before you buy.
